| Follow the instructions below to configure your ADSL service on your Zoom X4 router. |

Log on to your Zoom router
- Open your web browser
- In the Address bar, enter the address http://10.0.0.2 and click Enter
|

In the window that appears, enter the login details:
- username: admin
- password: zoomadsl
|
|
When the Zoom page appears, click on Basic Setup at the top of the screen.
Fill in the form on the Basic Setup page as follows.

- Ensure VPI is set to 0 and VCI is set to 38.
- Choose PPPoA VC-Mux for the encapsulation method.
- Enter the ADSL login name and password you have been provided with for your account.
- If you want to change the login timeout, enter a new value in minutes. This determines how
long the router keeps the Internet connection active after there is no Internet activity from the
LAN. Entering an Idle Timeout value of zero means never log out.
- Click on Save Changes
- Click on Write Settings to Flash and Reboot
Your ADSL Internet connection should now be running.
If it does not appear to be running, try rebooting your router using the Reboot System button in the Advanced Setup page (see below)
